2026 TRF Meeting — 2/17/2026 Tuesday 6pm

Open Session
- Review / Approve January Minutes - Approved.
- TRF Financials - Presented by Mark.
- UPDATE - Fuel Storage – External to BH - Chip & Kyle still working on this. Need to figure out if it is better to have shipped or to pick up ourselves. More details to come.
- BH - "PR Bell" purchased & installed by TRF. Going to get input from the BH teams as to if & what saying(s) to have engraved on the bell or mounting board. Discussions continue.
- Spring Registration - OPEN - BH teams have started their registrations and payments. Due by 3/1/26.
- Official Opening of the Lagoon area 6/8 - Ribbon Cutting June 11th - Metroparks requesting to have some rowing shells in the lagoon for this event.
- Lagoon - Big Red Markers - part of the effort to prevent / reduce unwanted river debris from ending up trapped in the lagoon area.
- Boat Repair Status - Update - TRF took "Perseverance" to get its cracked rib and rigger repaired. Damage occurred from hitting large log that has been stuck in the river between the High Level and Docks restaurants on the BH side of the river all of 2025. (Many boats have accidentally hit this log.) Estimated 1 week turn around. UT to cover costs. TRC also had "Dragon Fly" and "Onmoro" picked up by Finish Line Boat Works for complete overhauls / repairs.
- BH Opening and NEW Door Code - 3/2/26 will be the official bh opening date. Chad will change the door code and will provide the new code once completed. Chad to have all of the BH water and plumbing amenities functioning based upon the weather & temperature conditions permitting.
- OTHER - Mark to draft a list of weekly bh cleaning responsibilities that can be provided to an interested person or party in taking on the maintenance tasks.

- TRC Presentation & Discussion. Update and Plan presented to TRF Board - The TRC 2026 general programming offerings have been shared with some of the current BH coaches who have said they are interested in contributing if and where possible. Final responses to come. TRC to clearly and concisely present to TRF, in the March meeting, what the TRF role & responsibility would be with TRC potentially being a subsidiary TRF. Alex McGregor interested in becoming a 2026 TRC member. Previously rowed for CC. Chad to do so upon conclusion of tonight's meeting. TRC needs to develop a plan to improve and maintain its social media.
