2026 TRF Minutes (January) — 1/20/2026 Tuesday 6pm

Roll Call: TRF Board - Chip, George, Chad, Kyle, Mark & Mike. TRF Meeting (VIA ZOOM).

Open Session

Review / Approve December Minutes.
TRF Financials - Approved.
Regatta update - Radio deposit and Sponsorship forms approved.
UPDATE - Fuel Storage – External to BH - Kyle to send out communications.
BH - "PR Bell" purchased & installed by TRF. $500 budget approved to purchase. Mike to report back in February with options.

Closed Session

TRC Presentation & Discussion. Update and Plan presented to TRF Board. Shared & reviewed the '26 TRC membership solicitation, fee schedule, and general year schedule.
