2025 TRF Minutes — 10/15/2025 Wednesday 7pm

TRF Board - Chip, George, Chad, Kyle, Mark & Mike.

Open Session

• August Minutes - July & August Minutes requested by Mike - Kyle will supply.
• TRF Financials - Approved.
• Regatta Financials - $16K regatta acct. balance minus $1,700 reimbursement owed to TRF. Net income is lower than the 2024 regatta but still a net profit. The purchasing of a couple iPads for the regatta would be beneficial. Once final numbers are in come November, a vote in November on purchasing (2) iPads should be carried out.
• BH Repairs or improvements - Ongoing. Electrician to assess / install new hand dryer(s) as needed. The scheduling of the winterization can be finalized in November meeting. BH needs power-washed if not painted soon.
• TRF Boat Repairs or Parts (ANY??) - Chad & Mark to continue carrying out. The sale / allocation of the TRF / previous AW ergs continues.
• Dock Expansion - Mike working on estimates.
• Dock Out After 11/10 - (SJJ to Hooch and UT to Indianapolis 11/1 & 11/2.) UT would use the dock longer based on weather but was told after 11/10 it's day by day. Construction also needs to pour concrete approach at dock.
• BH Winterization date - planned for 12/13 or 12/14 (finalize in Nov. meeting).
• Other - George has a Wintech Explorer 21 that he is happy to donate w/ oars. He will cover the transport costs if we can arrange the transport. Chad will check into this.
