Open Session…
- Review / Approve March Minutes - Approved.
- TRF Financials (Mark) - See attached Financial Statements.
- Old Business — UPDATE - Fuel Storage – Cabinets Installed – next steps (Kyle/Chip).
- Old Business Reminder - Official Opening of the Lagoon area 6/8 - Ribbon Cutting June 11th.
- Old Business - Lagoon Depth and other repair requests sent to MP as discussed - Metroparks reviewing BH, dock, and dredging requests.
- Old Business - Madison (SUA) has taken on the cleaning duties as of 4/6.
- OTHER - Some rearrangement / moving of current boats needs to be done to make room for incoming shells.
- 4/17 "clean up the 419" occurring and planning to include some exterior & interior BH needed maintenance and improvements based upon the time and volunteer availability.
- Hugh McAdam from US Rowing contacted Chad. He is looking to rent any available boats for his Summer event. Chad to reach out and get Hugh's "wish list" and share with TRF. Hugh will fully supply all transportation needs to and from as well as coordinate rental cost arrangements. Chad to follow up.
- Metroparks to paint the BH exterior grey and the doors blue. Bay doors to spell out "TOLEDO" as well as list the BH programs operating out of the BH. The Cherry St. side of the BH will have a completely new rowing mural eventually.
- Recently overhauled boats are back and in repair bay. Need moved to main BH racks. Mark to email buyer (Alex) of the donated wooden power boat a request to provide payment in full for the boat and encourage a near future pick up day.
